We have various associates across Europe that work closely with us to find and negotiate properties suitable for our clients.
Their personal client lists also allow us to be in direct contact with owners which we all know is the key for off market property.
Our team is small and close knit, we work only with trusted individuals and a limited amount of property stock at any one time ( due to only wanting to present real projects, sensible investments and land sites).
We can reach out to specialists within Spain to assist with ongoing projects once an investment has been made through us.
Adam Harrison
An established consultant and agent for over 30 years in both residential and commercial. Working in countries such as France, Spain & Germany. More recently covering the London market for investment only but now dedicating most of the time to the re-emerging market of Spain.
